The brown colour you experienced was due to a reaction between the borehole water and chlorine. Unfortunately, the filter responsible for removing iron from the borehole was faulty, which contributed to this issue, the filter has since been repaired, and we are taking all necessary measures to ensure that this does not happen again.
We want to reassure you that the appearance of the brown water did not pose any health risks during this time. Our team has been maintaining the chlorine and pH levels in the pool on a daily basis, prioritizing your safety and comfort.
