Any person entering these premises and using any of the facilities does so entirely at their own risk. Please note that the maximum speed limit within the resort is 20 km/h. Neither the landowner nor the operator, nor their successors in title, shall be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including consequential loss) to property or persons, howsoever caused.
All persons entering Guano Caves and/or utilising any of its facilities agree, by so doing, to hold the landowner and/or operators and their successors in title harmless against any loss, claim, or expense, howsoever arising and caused by whomsoever, including claims arising through negligence or recklessness, whether liability is vicarious or otherwise. Such persons further indemnify the landowner and/or operators and their successors in title against any claims on behalf of, or instituted by, any person accompanying them on the property or making use of its facilities.
Warning
No firearms, weapons, or hazardous goods are permitted on these premises. Guests are requested to remain vigilant regarding their personal safety, property, and valuables. No property and/or valuables are to be left unattended in vehicles when entering or staying on the premises.
Right of admission is reserved. Management reserves the right to deny any person access to and/or use of the premises where deemed necessary.
