This Information Manual provides an outline of the type of records and personal information that we hold, and explains how to submit requests for access to these records in terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 ("PAIA"). In addition it sets out what personal information we collect and process, from whom, and the reason for such processing in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").
